Rev. Father George Kwadwo Ohemeng, the director of Our Lady of Victory Grotto, emphasized the dual goals of the event: to honor and thank all those who have generously supported the Grotto’s mission and vision since its inception, and to unveil the comprehensive ten-year development plan aimed at steering the Grotto towards a brighter and more promising future.

The development plan includes the construction of several key facilities: a Grotto chapel, a 20-seater water closet (WC), a hostel, steps to the Grotto, an entrance to the Grotto, and a private adoration chapel. Rev. Father Ohemeng called upon NGOs, individuals, and philanthropists to support this mission and help bring these plans to fruition.

Most Rev. Peter Kwaku Atuahene, the Catholic Bishop of Goaso Diocese, provided a brief history of the Grotto, noting the numerous testimonies of answered prayers. He encouraged everyone to visit and pray at the Grotto, highlighting its conducive environment for prayer and spiritual reflection.

Father Jacob Tadea Adomako offered a poignant message to Ghanaians, urging them to serve selflessly without prioritizing monetary gain. Sharing his personal story as a case study, he emphasized the importance of focusing on future benefits rather than immediate rewards.
