GHANA NATIONAL TAILORS AND DRESSMAKERS ASSOCIATION GRADUATES 109 APPRENTICES IN AHAFO ANO NORTH MUNICIPALITY

The Ghana National Tailors and Dressmakers Association (GNTDA) celebrated a significant milestone in the Ahafo Ano North Municipality of the Ashanti Region as 109 apprentices successfully completed a four-year training programme in entrepreneurship skills. The graduation ceremony marked the culmination of efforts to empower individuals with essential skills and resources for a thriving career in tailoring and dressmaking. Founded and registered in October 1979, GNTDA has played a pivotal role in unifying tailors and seamstresses across Ghana, with over 400 zonal branches established nationwide, The association's objectives include harnessing skills for effective impact, fostering a national fashion identity, and instilling an appreciation for Ghanaian culture in clothing.
